 Django SiteAssets is a set of template tags and scripts that help concatenate,
 minify, compress, and generate HTML elements for, JavaScript and CSS assets.
 The application is coded so that the defauts work in 99% of cases, but also
 super-customizable to cover the remaining 1%.
